Custom & Flexible Extrusion
We manufacture three lines that produce single layer and multi-layer blown polyethylene film. Our blown film department consists of blown film machines capable of producing a large matrix of film sizes and structures. Our current capacity is approximately 4,000,000 pounds per year.
We are able to produce high quality FDA approved films ranging from 20″ to 50″ (500 – 1300mm) lay flat and thicknesses ranging from 1.25 – 10 mils (30 – 300 microns). Films are formulated to customer high tolerence specifications using a variety of materials being used; LLDPE, LDPE, mLLDPE, Surlyn®, Elvax®.
Our films are produced in custom colors, antifog and antistat based on customer requirements.
