Our Services
We manufacture three lines that produce single layer and multi-layer blown polyethylene film. Our blown film department consists of blown film machines capable of producing a large matrix of film sizes and structures. Our current capacity is approximately 4,000,000 pounds per year.
Pouches offer a secure method of storing and sealing your goods. We manufacture zipper, printed, plain, stand-up and fold over pouches in standard and custom sizes. If you have a specific design in mind, we would be happy to manufacture it. All of our products meet Canadian standard requirements.
If you are looking for meticulously slit products, look no further. Our premium computerized slitting equipment slits precisely and quickly to deliver your products on time. Our slitters can also create precise roll profiles.
Our printing capabilities go up to 10 colours, from simple line colour work to high end flexographic process printing. We print on polyester, cast and biax nylons, polypropylene and polyethylene films for both surface and lamination products.
Laminating gives products a protective shield and prevents damage. However, the lamination needs to be strong and efficient. You can trust Pack Rite Solutions to offer quality lamination.
